Philippe has worked in star Michelin restaurants. We are passionate about food. During your stay, you will be offered a fresh cuisine of quality. All the meals are entirely created and prepared by us, using seasonal and local products.
We want to share our passion about the mountain. Philippe grew up in l’Alpe d’Huez and knows the resort inside out. In winter we are keen ‘hors-piste’ skiers, in summer we do a lot of mountain biking, travelling and fishing. We also like to pick up a variety of mushrooms and plants.
